The Smart Pediatric Oncology Tracker of Symptoms (SPOTS) is a website that helps children and teens with cancer and their parents track how the child/teen is feeling throughout their cancer treatments and to communicate that information to their health care team.

SPOTS accomplishes this by guiding children, teens, and/or parents to select and answer relevant questions from the Pediatric Patient-Reported Outcomes version of the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (Pediatric PRO-CTCAETM).
